Stowaways that increase ATK by percentage now include ATK received by other stowaways in their bonus

Privacy Policy

Aggro Crab Games Privacy Policy
We at Aggro Crab make it a point not to collect your personal information through our game in order to sell it to others. However, we do collect certain information for specific, limited purposes, such as to fix bugs or to respond to your emails to us. This Privacy Policy describes how and when Aggro Crab Games LLC, a Washington limited liability company (“Aggro Crab”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), our game software (or “games”) and our website accesses, collects, or transmits your device data or any personally identifiable information (such as name, address, email address).

We Do Not Collect Your Information Or Data Through Our Games

None of our current games access, collect, store, or transmit your personal information or device data. Our current games engage in no ad targeting, data mining, or other activities that may compromise your privacy.

Because we do not have access to such information or data, we cannot and do not use it and cannot provide it to any third parties, and there is no need to request its deletion.

Our games may automatically upload anonymized game data to a third-party, Unity Technologies (“Unity”), such as reports of errors or other events in-game, that we use for game balance or to detect issues. Such data contains no personally identifiable information, such as your IP address or computer username, and Aggro Crab has no way of tracing any of these reports to any specific user. For more information on the data Unity itself may store or transmit internally, refer to their privacy policy: https://unity.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Some of our games may use collaborative features such as voice or text chats. These features are generally processed in real-time and are not recorded or stored by us. In limited cases (such as to diagnose a bug you’ve reported), we may ask you to provide us with access to brief technical logs, and we may then use and keep those logs to address bugs, improve functionality, or enforce community standards. We do not monitor or use chat content for advertising purposes, and any logs maintained will not be associated with any of your personally identifiable information such as names, email addresses, IP addresses, etc.

Please note that while we do not collect your personal information, third-party platforms (such as Steam, Xbox, or other storefronts) that you use to access our games may collect and use your information in accordance with their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review those policies directly. We do not collect or control any personal information that may be collected by these third parties. Please see “Third-Party Platforms and Services” below for additional details.

Email and Website Policy

Information Collected. We collect email addresses, names, and other personally identifiable information that you provide to us when you contact us through email, or through the contact forms (if any) on our website. Only the information you include in the email or contact form is collected. In addition, we may collect email addresses and other personally identifiable information that users provide to one of our third-party partners and they in turn provide to us, such as through electronic storefronts selling our games.

Use of Provided Information. We may use the information you provide for performing services (such as responding to your email or contact request or fixing any bug reports you send) or for analytics. We may also use your contact information to provide you with promotional information concerning us and our games, but only if you “opted in” to receive promotional information. We do not share your personal information with any third parties except solely as necessary for our third-party vendors to provide these services (for example, sharing with our email and website hosts or a third-party email customer management system).

Option to Delete Your Information and Opt-Out of Promotional Notices. If you would like us to delete any personally identifiable information you provided to us or to stop receiving promotional emails from us, you may contact us at contact@aggrocrab.com and we will honor your request within thirty calendar days.

Third-Party Platforms and Services

To use our games, you may need to access third-party websites or other services that are not owned or operated by us, including game platforms and electronic storefronts. Our website may also contain links to third-party services. We include these for your convenience, but they’re operated by third parties with their own privacy practices and terms, which may be very different from ours.. You agree that: (i) we have no responsibility or liability for any third-party service; (ii) we are not liable for any loss or claim that you may have against any third-party service operator or owner; and (iii) you release us from any claims or liability related to your agreement with any third-party service or use of their service.

Children’s Privacy

Our games are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently received such information, we will delete it promptly. If you are between 13 and 18, you should only contact us, or use our website or games, with parental or guardian consent.

Other Terms

Game EULAs. Each of our games may be subject to its own End User License Agreement (a “EULA”), and nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to supersede or take the place of those EULAs. If there is any conflict between the terms of this Privacy Policy and a EULA for one of our games, the EULA controls.

Updates to Terms. From time to time, we may make updates to this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our games or how we operate.. Your use of our games following any update or modification constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the new terms of use. The updates or modifications will not be retroactive to past use, but the most current version of the terms of use will govern our relationship with you if you continue to use one of our games following the update or modification.

Governing Law. This Privacy Policy and any disputes arising out of it are governed by the laws of the State of Washington and the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
